The MicroSpotMonitor-Compact (MSM-C) expands the product family of camera-based focus analysis systems by a measuring system that is compact and modular.
Optimised for microprocessing plants
The MicroSpotMonitor-Compact (MSM-C) was optimised specifically for restricted installations paces in microprocessing systems. The dimensions of the camera housing with electronics, attenuation and power absorber are around 230 x 120 x 60 millimetres. (L x W x H). The compact device does not have its own movement axes.
In conjunction with the movement system in a laser processing plant, standards-compliant caustic measurements can be carried out easily.
With an optional PROFIBUS interface, the system can be integrated into the plant controller. This means that beam parameters determined for machine controlling are available directly for further processing.
The MicroSpotMonitor-Compact is designed to be so compact that it enables a minimal beam entry height of 150 millimetres on the footprint of an A5 page.
